We are pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Williams as President of Diversified Fall Protection, effective immediately. In his new role, Frank will report directly to Jeff Schneid, who has moved solely into the CEO position, prioritizing future acquisitions and integrations while continuing to serve as a member of Diversified’s board of directors.

Building upon our accelerated growth curve required additions to our leadership team, and Frank will further solidify our position as the market leader in the fall protection industry.”

Frank Williams joins the DFP team as a change agent with 30 years of experience delivering complex projects on time and on budget. He has extensive expertise in supply chain, kaizen/cost reduction, inventory optimization, global strategic sourcing, and ERP module systems implementation (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, NetSuite) that will quickly benefit our growing organization’s needs. As a leader with an in-depth understanding of how to excel in a speed-oriented, data-driven environment, Williams brings a perspective that will enable our evolving organization to continue to ramp up our accelerated growth trajectory. He also embraces a servant leadership mindset & emotional intelligence model to support an aligned organizational drive to deliver record-breaking results.
