ph. 800-504-4016The Uni-Grab roof top fall protection system is ideal for maintaining steep roofs, which are defined as roofs with pitch in excess of 4 in 12 (12 inches, there is 4 inches of vertical rise). OSHA regulation 1926.501(b)(11) states that all employees “on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.” Uni-Grab insures the safety of workers and OSHA compliance without unsightly safety nets or guardrail systems that can detract from building appearance.
