Stop Use & Recall Notice: 3M™ DBI-SALA® Twin-Leg Nano-Lok™ edge and Twin-Leg Nano-Lok™ Wrap Back Self-Retracting Lifelines

Recall Summary

On July 25, 2019, 3M Fall Protection (formerly Capital Safety) issued a recall on two series of Self-Retracting Lifelines – 3M™ DBI-SALA® Twin-Leg Nano-Lok™ edge and Twin-Leg Nano-Lok™ Wrap Back. The notice required users to immediately remove these SRLs from service to avoid risk of serious injury or death for a user in the event of a fall.

On August 6, 2019, 3M announced that they had resolved the partial deployment of the energy absorber that led to the immediate stop use and recall of the 3M™ DBI-SALA® Twin-Leg Nano-Lok™ edge SRL.
