Testimonials
“The system was cheap compared to someone falling and snapping their neck. I felt like I was part of mitigating a situation that very well could have really hurt somebody.”
“They've been good partners to me. Any contractor would be pleased with the products and level of service they offer. When it comes to fall protection, they take the load off.”
“One of the most important concepts for a company to be "safety" successful is to be able to balance "safe" and "compliant". For a fall protection program to be successful at your company, you need a partner to help ensure you are safe and compliant at the same time when using fall protection systems. Diversified Fall Protection will help ensure you are safe and compliant from the anchor point to the fall protection harness. I highly recommend Diversified Fall Protection for help with your fall protection needs.”
Case Studies

John Deer
CHALLENGE
The 5-million-square-foot John Deere campus in Moline, IL, has many roof levels accessible only by ladders affixed to the outside of the building. This roof access required workers to approach an unprotected roof edge every time they went up or down the ladder. Diversified Fall Protection was contracted to create fall-protected areas on the rooftop surrounding the ladder access points. John Deere wanted their site to be fully OSHA compliant, providing a safe workplace for daily maintenance.

Notre Dame
Challenge
Notre Dame initially contacted Diversified Fall Protection (formerly Rooftop Anchor) in 2014 to bring some buildings into safety compliance. Upon the completion of one building, the University had a strong commitment to bringing more buildings into the same compliance, and continued to use Rooftop Anchor as their fall protection partner. In early spring of 2018, Notre Dame made plans and allocated a budget for bringing all the remaining 100 buildings on campus into safety compliance with the needed fall protection where hazards existed.

Palms Casino
Challenge
The Palms Casino, a premier hotel and entertainment destination near the Las Vegas Strip, features extensive glass surfaces and intricate architectural designs that require regular maintenance and cleaning. The primary challenge was providing a safe suspended access system for window cleaners without interfering with a public patio where guests frequently gathered. Additionally, the tall decorative glass guardrail along the perimeter of the roof complicated the rigging of suspension lines. The client also required an aesthetically discreet solution, ensuring that safety equipment would not be visible from the public areas.

Salt Lake Hardware
Challenge
The structural members of the roof are composed entirely of wood with no anchor points from which window cleaners or façade access workers could tie off. The building also features a 48” cornice over the side of the building that made it very difficult for workers to get close enough to the windows to clean or work on the building. Window cleaners in particular were forced to swing in toward the building to latch on to the windows with suction cups, and this would often cause the windows to break because they are only single pane and not strong enough.
