Panel Guardrail With SafePro Base
Diversified Fall Protection's portable guardrail systems provide OSHA-compliant rooftop fall protection without roof penetration while remaining lighter, faster to install, and easier to reconfigure than most competing systems.
Our lighter, stackable SafePro bases allow crews to quickly adapt to changing rooftop hazards, maintenance zones, or temporary work areas while minimizing the added weight of extra steel on the roof.
In addition to our improved design, we sell our panel guardrail directly through our Distro Store and offer an interactive Safety Configurator that allows users to map out a complete guardrail system on their rooftop, generate material counts and pricing, and checkout or send their design to one of our experts.
Design Considerations
The SafePro Portable Guardrail System is engineered to deliver stability, portability, and roof-friendly performance without penetration. Its ballasted base provides strong, reliable support while reducing the excessive weight common in many competing systems — helping minimize added roof load.
The alternating base design enhances wind resistance, while the lighter weight and nesting capability improve transport, staging, and repositioning. Prefabricated 5 ft, 8 ft, and 10 ft railing sections allow flexible configuration around roof perimeters, skylights, hatches, and mechanical units. The different length options provide compliance with Cal-OSHA regulations that require panels to be no longer than 8ft.
Optional support pads are available for additional surface protection. Standard finish is safety yellow powder coat, with galvanized and custom color options available. If your facility requires additions to an existing LORGUARD system or has project specifications that call for LORGUARD, it remains available for those special circumstances.
